Meet the Team:

Jason Cashman – Managing Director

Jason worked alongside his father Mick Cashman (co-founder of C&W Insulations with Jason’s grandfather John Whyte in 1983), where he gained extensive knowledge before taking on the role as managing director in 2009.

Jason developed his skills and knowledge from his father and also completing many courses in the sector. When getting a quote Jason will be the 1^st person you will meet and will ensure the highest quality and solutions for your house

Office – Caroline Smith, Fiona Pomphrett and  Julia Cashman

Caroline was appointed the role of senior office administrator in 2006. She has years of experience in administration and advance knowledge in SEAI grant scheme.

Fiona joined the team in 2019 with her valuable experience in office administration will be one of the main girls you will talk to on the phone in making appointments for quotations etc.

Julia Cashman appointed to the position of marketing and advertising in 2015, completed a honors degree in business.

Operatives:

Our team has been with us for many years, with a few new additions over the years. C&W Insulation’s ensures that the competence and training needs of each member of staff is reviewed regularly and that staff receives adequate training in all activities affecting Quality and Health and Safety.
